The name “Juliette” was primarily inspired by SHINee’s hit song, Juliette. I adore the song, and think that the Japanese remake is the best out of all three of their Japanese singles so far. The idea for the name was also fueled by my love for Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet. I have never been a huge fan of plays, but the story of Romeo and Juliet has always intrigued me. I often find myself re-watching the different adaptations of the play during my free time. And finally, I simply admire the name “Juliette”, and have always felt that it looks prettier and lovelier with the additional “te”, compared to the more common one: “Juliet”.
Over the years, I have owned a handful of personal blogs and countless of domain names to go with them. I have been falling in and out of the blogging world due to many, many reasons, but I always find myself going back. I am hoping to be blogging for a long time this time around. With a shiny new .nu domain, a friendly and trusted host, and a gorgeous theme by the lovely Georgina, I plan to get inspired everyday for the posts that I would be writing, and hopefully make new friends in the process.
